Investment Process Potential investment opportunities are expected to be sourced principally through the networks and sector experience of the principals of Tarncourt Asset Management.

Opportunities may arise through direct approaches, industry relationships, corporate advisory channels and Tarncourt’s wider network of specialist advisers and other professionals.

The level of due diligence undertaken will be proportionate to the size, nature and complexity of each potential investment. Specialist advisers, sector experts, non-executive directors and other third parties may be engaged where appropriate to support investment appraisal.

Tarncourt Asset Management, as Investment Adviser, is responsible for sourcing and analysing investment opportunities and making investment recommendations to Global Fund Management Services Limited, as Investment Manager.

Investment recommendations are considered in accordance with the Company's Investment Policy and the applicable governance and approval arrangements.

Following investment, Tarncourt will actively engage with portfolio companies. The frequency and intensity of interaction will depend on the Company's shareholding, the strategic importance of the investment and the needs and stage of development of the underlying business.

Engagement may include supporting management, providing strategic guidance, leveraging relevant networks and facilitating access to capital.

Capital allocation and exit decisions are assessed on an ongoing basis, taking into account anticipated investment horizons, key value drivers, valuation, risk and any additional funding requirements.
